Market District Parking Policies 

All 3-hour free customer lots are for those shopping or eating at Market District businesses only. A list of these businesses can be found in the “Market Map” section of our website. If you are visiting someone in the area, day passes can be purchased. Contact admin@obie.com for more information. 

Overnight parking is strictly prohibited without the purchase of a parking pass. Vehicles parked overnight will be towed at the owners expense. If your vehicle is broken down or you are not safe to drive for any reason contact marketdistrictparking@gmail.com and we can make arrangements to prevent the vehicle from being towed. 

Time expired citations are THE ONLY citations that can be voided with a market district receipt. If you are cited for any of the following reasons, 

• Unauthorized parking: Parking and leaving property

• Parked in a restricted area: ADA without placard, hatched areas or longer than 30 mins in loading/unloading zone

• Improperly parked: Parking clearly over the lines/taking up multiple spots 

You may contest these types of citations but voiding the ticket will be determined by the security and parking manager.
