Provisions Market Hall: Pasta Tasting with Rocky Maselli

Chef Rocky Maselli is passionate about pasta— handmade or extruded, fresh or dry, egg-enriched or black with cuttlefish ink, there is something to love about every nuanced type. Join us for an evening of delicious discovery, as Rocky demonstrates pasta making methods, talks about saucing and pasta shapes, and serves up a seven-course feast, complete with antipasti, dessert and five pastas. Wines will be paired and available for purchase by the glass bottle or flight. Register at $50/person
