Provision's Haute Canning with Sarah Marshall


Sarah Marshall of Marshall’s Haute Sauce is coming back to Eugene to lead a hands-on canning class, inspired by her book, Preservation Pantry. Marshall will demonstrate her approach to whole food preservation which makes use of every bit of the vegetables, from root to top and stem to core. This time, she will focus on fennel–attendees will learn to make roasted fennel curry and fennel frond chimichurri, we’ll enjoy tasty snacks and everyone will walk away with a jar of curry sauce.
