Transport yourself to the islands of the West Indies with our new sous-chef, Isaiah Martinez. He’ll be leading a class exploring island culture and cooking–in an evening scented with tamarind and chiles, coconut, rum, seafood and more. Four courses, lots of techniques, discussion about ingredients and a cold lager or two await you in this delicious departure from the cool northwest.
