Join our cheesemonger and resident specialty food expert Sam Rollins to explore the world of artisan cheeses. Each class will include a range of tasting opportunities, pairing discussion and a wealth of information about the cheesemaking process, methods, and history. Come get classy & stay cheesy with Sam!

We’ll be talking about the cheese families (fresh, soft bloomy-rind, soft washed-rind, pressed uncooked, pressed cooked, blue) discussing how to put together a cheese plate and pairing wine with cheese.
