Provision's Cheesemaking Class: Ricotta & Fresh Mozzarella

Roll up your sleeves and join us for this hands-on class with Chef Rocky Maselli & Cheese Guy Sam Rollins. We’ll be pulling mozzarella by hand and transforming simple ingredients into the most amazing warm ricotta–you’ll never look at fresh cheese the same way again. 

You’ll come away with the skills you need to make cheese at home and a new appreciation for these simple techniques–plus some cheese to take home. We’ll have a glass of something together and snacks to share as a reward for our hard work.
