Kelly will be on hand with Karl to make a fabulous seafood meal, talk about fishing practices and the amazing products the Brandywine team brings in from their boat in Charleston Harbor. We’ll talk about seafood seasonality—crossing our fingers that local albacore will be available—and cooking some stunning salmon. Learn how to judge freshness in fish, techniques to properly prep and cook fish, and enjoy a meal with this super-knowledgeable team.
