Cook with a Farmer Cooking Class: Brandywine Fisheries

When we see the Brandywine truck roll up in front of the restaurant, we know good things are in store—fresh fish directly from a boat helmed by a family that truly cares about sustainable seafood. Kelly will be on hand with Karl to make a fabulous seafood meal, talk about fishing practices and the amazing products the Brandywine team brings in from their boat in Charleston Harbor. We’ll talk about seafood seasonality—crossing our fingers that local albacore will be available—and cooking some stunning salmon. Learn how to judge freshness in fish, techniques to properly prep and cook fish, and enjoy a meal with this super-knowledgeable team. Brandywine is a family-owned company that we’ve been working with for ages and we can’t wait to hear their stories, learn more about their farm and share a meal.

Includes a 3 course meal, beer and wine available for purchase. Located in the Provisions Market Hall Demo Kitchen.
