Each class will include a range of tasting opportunities, pairing discussion and a wealth of information about the cheesemaking process, methods, and history. Come get classy & stay cheesy with Sam!

There are almost too many to list, but we’ll be touching on the big ones–Brie, Camembert, Comté, Ossau Iraty, Epoisses, Fourme d’ambert, Roquefort–and learning about their rich traditions and centuries of regionally-focused cheesemaking.
