Provision's Haute Canning Class with Sarah Marshall

Sarah Marshall of Marshall’s Haute Sauce is coming to lead a hands-on canning and pickling class, inspired by her new book, Preservation Pantry. Marshall will demonstrate her approach to whole food preservation which makes use of every bit of the vegetables, from root to top and stem to core. Attendees will learn to pickle carrots, make carrot top pesto, enjoy tasty snacks and walk away with a jar of their own pickles.
