Marché & Le Bar is a celebration of life and the bountiful Pacific Northwest’s locally grown and gathered foods. Named for the French word for “market,” Marché describes both its location in the 5th Street Public Market and a sincere dedication to careful preparation and farm-to-table cooking. While the menu changes with each passing season, you will always find dishes featuring local, seasonal ingredients, prepared with care and served in a lively atmosphere.  Whether you’re in the mood for an elegant meal at Marché, which Bon Appetit magazine called “A destination restaurant,” or a cocktail and bistro fare from Le Bar, this nationally-celebrated eatery will make a delicious impression.
